Headlights have a drain so small that most of the time you won't even notice it (left the cyclops for a few hours with all the lights on, when I got back the power had dropped about 1%. As far as I can tell from playing this game way too much, inside lights have no power drain. The Cyclops is a player-controlled submarine that is constructed using the Mobile Vehicle Bay. ![]() Just make sure you turn off the engine every time you leave the sub. I think flood lights might consume power, but no the interior lights, not really sure. Even powered bases don't show a draw on power if you don't have anything on, but there are still lights. It is also a good place for prawn fragments and a data box with cyclops thermal reactor. ![]() I ask, cause if you build a habitat that is unpowered (running on emergency power) there is still light inside them. r/subnautica>Has the thermal plant fragment location changed.
